After the first 100 guests, an additional fee of $1.50 will be added per guest. Self serve coffee bar for 100 people. -Includes regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sugar/sugar substitute and cups with lids: $75.00 Self serve Lemonade Bar and Tea Bar for 100 people -Includes lemonade, tea, sugar and cups: $50.00 Hot Cocoa Bar for 100 people: $50.00 Ice: $1.50 per person Fresh flower garland to decorate front of trailer with flowers of your choice: $100.00 Glassware, straws and napkins: $2.00/guest (for basic package) Bartender: $25.00 per hour per bartender Depending on location of event, overnight accommodations for bartender may be required.
